This is not a solar gauge

This gauge feels cheap, is larger than I expected, awkward to use and is NOT solar. It also does not have a tire depth gauge. I'm plan to order a better product and give this one away.

I like it, but ......

It works accurately, quickly and reads the PSI out loud to you. Has a light, in case you want to check your tire presser at night ? Attractive styling. I am not in favor of battery items this small, hard to replace the battery's. Solor powered ? If you keep this in your glove box, where I do, you have to remember to take it out to recharge the battery. I forget, like most of us do, then have to leave the gauge in the sun for a recharge. Tough, then I should get a gauge that works on tire pressure only.

works accurately and quickly. has a light, not really needed, and it reads the psi out loud to you, again not really needed. but great little item
