I bought this fob "used", and when I received it looked brand-spanking new. I have programmed it with little or no trouble at all, and overall the quality of the product is exceptional.
I am a little disappointed in the "included" instructions. However, this is an easy fix via the internet or youtube. I used [...] which was very helpful and had a step-by-step procedure.
Lastly, the shipping was on par--therefore, no major complaints! I will be buying from this vendor again for my 99 Camaro.
